I think she is finished. Labor pains were hard...but like most labor pains I have almost forgotten how painful this birth was. So, even though she didn't turn out "pretty" I may just try again. Because I learned a lot this time. Again bad photographs...

You are being too hard on yourself Linda. Just wait until your next one -- you will be amazed by how much this little lady has taught you. Keep sculpting, and THANKS for sharing!

You did wonderful and a great job for your first, you are further ahead than me as I haven't gotten brave enough to attempt the mermaid I've been creating in my head for a few months now.
She is lovely. How tall is she. She looks very tiny and oh boy that must have been hard to work on. You did very well indeed. Although you are feeling rather rusty at the moment you wait and see you will be completely at home with the next one.
Well, I agree with everyone 100%! You did a great job! And THIS IS YOUR FIRST? Then, BETTER than great! Don't make me go stand you in a corner, Auntie Linda! She's beautiful!
